It is frequently important to have a sense of specific neighborhood demographic characteristics needed to best meet an individual's location needs and preferences. This tool can help find cities with high concentrations of neighborhoods matching five representative sets of characteristics - referred to as demographic profiles or "personas".
We currently provide the following five personas. If none of these meets your needs contact us to develop - at a modest cost - a custom persona.

- Single affluent retiree renter
- Affluent family with young kids in detached homes
- Youngish single professional in upscale rental
- Affluent mid-age couple owning large-building condo near water

The table shows each city's total number of neighborhoods (blocks), the number of neighborhoods with heavy concentrations of the selected persona, and the percent of qualifying neighborhoods for each city. The higher a city's percent, the better -- because it will be easier for you to find a really great neighborhood for you or your business.
Select a state and then persona. To refresh the list of states, unselect any currently-selected persona. Note that the absence of a city can simply mean that we were not able to find usable data for that city. If necessary, rotate your device horizontally for a better view. Click a column header to sort data by that column and use the page-changer at the bottom-right as needed.
